Kaitlyn Banning
Meet Queen Kaitlyn
The 2023 Miss Marion County Fair Queen is Kaitlyn Banning. Kaitlyn is the daughter of Brian and Saundra Bannng of Salem. She currently attends University of Missouri majoring in biomedical engineering.
Kaitlyn attended Salem Community High School where she was a 3 sport athlete in softball, basketball and tennis earning varsity letters in each. Kaitlyn was also the Valedictorian of her graduating class as well as an Illinois State Scholar. She has continued her academic success at Mizzou earning high dean's list every semester of attendance. She is also involved with several campus organizations including Mizzou President's Council, Society of Women Engineers, and is currently president of Mizzou Students for Life.

Kaitlyn's career plans include working as a biomedical engineer specializing in designing and improving medical devices used in the NICU. She has also volunteered with the Coyote Hill Foster Care Community and one day hopes to become a foster and adoptive parent.
​
Kaitlyn grew up going to the fair every summer and is beyond excited to have the opportunity to represent it this year.
2023 Jr. Miss Marion County
Aubri Landreth
Meet Queen Aubri
The 2023 Jr. Miss Marion County is Aubri Landreth. Aubri is the daughter of Mark and Michelle Landreth of Patoka.
​
Aubri is an 8th grader at Patoka School. She enjoys playing softball, volleyball, basketball, and cheers competitively. She is also active in theater, especially musicals and loves to attend performances at the Muny and Fox theaters as well as local productions.
​
She is excited to get to represent the fair in the upcoming year.
